Keyboard sanding machine is short of keyboard sander or called segmented pad sanding machine or segmented pad sander. It is designed with segmented pad design like the piano keyboard. There are total 80 pcs pad on this machine.

- Electronical controlled 80-segment key type horizontal sanding pillow, equipped with a herringbone
belt (provided by length technology). The sanding quality can reach high gloss and skin feel effect.
2. The original Italian MEP electronic scanning system can accurately detect irregular surfaces with an accuracy of 100% and no dead ends. The electronic detection system has a lower non-contact failure rate and a longer life.
3. Double cleaning and high-pressure cleaning system to ensure the cleanness of the board surface, which can be directly painted as a top coating.
4. The pure rubber jointless conveyor belt imported from Italy has three times the friction force of the
domestic PVC conveyor belt, which solves the problem of sheet slipping.
5. Equipped with professional operating system imported from keyboard sanding expert–Italy MSY .
6. Safety standards are produced in accordance with CE standards.
