2-Side hydraulic composer is also called two sides hydraulic press, A type hydraulic composer, hydraulic clamp carrier etc. It is sued for laminating the finger joint slabs into big panel
2-Side hydraulic composer is also called two sides hydraulic press, A type hydraulic composer, hydraulic clamp carrier etc. It is sued for laminating the finger joint slabs into big panel. Edge glued panel without finger joint can be also worked. Top pressure is main pressure, which can push the panel edge continuously to guarantee the bonging effect. And side cylinders are also applied hydraulic pressure to make sure the flatness of panel. After laminating, there is no need sand too much on top and bottom surface, which can help customer save the wood material.
Standard 2 side hydraulic composer working width is 1300mm. Working thickness is 150mm. Length can be 2500mm, 4600mm, 5200mm and 6200mm. We also have the ability to help customer produce customized machines.
