Dubai customer door & window frame project for construction
Our Dubai customer DIGIFORTIS is located in Jebel Ali free zone. They imported African timber from legal sources and process the hard wood into door frame & window frame for constructions.
July 19th—30th,2023 With the invitation of DIGIFORTIS, we visited them and helped them install the fully auto finger joint line.
▲ Our first cooperation started year 2020. Customer had basic machines from Germany or France like France saw mill, WEINIG multi rip saw, moulder, optical cutting saw, finger joint line etc.
After half years communication, customer selected us to supply them 4 side hydraulic composer to laminate sandwish. The machine is 6200mm long, 1300mm wide and 150mm thick. And one glue spreader and two sets horizontal band saw shipped together with container. Due to epidemic situation, customer installed the machine themselves with our support on internet.
▲ June, 2022 we helped customer purchased 1 set Pneumatic cutting saw and 1 set Pellet making machine.
▲ Nov 2022, customer purchased one more 4 side hydraulic composer with 250mm thick. And two more sets pneumatic cutting saw
▲ Year 2023, customer purchased fully auto finger joint line
