Glulam project in Thailand
Thailand customer purchcased glulam finger shaper and finger jointer in the middle of year 2022 and purchased curved glulam press in the end of year 2022. Due to epidemic, we supported customer install machine on line.
31th to 6th Aug,2023. We visited this customer to do technical service follow-up. Customer is working with glulam by teak for their office building. Wish their building finish soon.
For glulam project, there are following steps:
- Wood processing first like sawing, planing, moulding etc
- Glulam finger jointing with glulam finger shaper and finger jointer or by production line
- Processing with 4 side moulder
- Laminating into requied size panel
- Then spread glue and laminting with glulam press
We also visited one old customer, who purchased our machine in year 2019.
