Wood pellet making machine

Wood pellet making machine is special designed for wood wastes processing, such as saw dust, sanding powder, planing shavings etc. The material can be solid wood (soft and hard wood), man made boards like particle board, directional particleboard and MDF/HDF board. The pellet length can be adjusted. And diameter of pellet can be pressed from 2mm to 8mm according to mold/die holes.

Dies, pressure rollers and gears are normalized after water forging to improve hardness and stability. Carburizing treatment can increase surface wear resistance.

There are two types of dies: Ring type and Flat type
