Wood impregnating tank & Boiler project

Wood impregnating tank is also called wood treatment tank or timber treatment tank. It applys vacuum pressure and positive pressure to inject chemicals into timber to remove the bugs and eggs to guarantee the timber and furniture quality.

Our Indonesian customer purchased 15CBM wood impregnating tank for timber treatment from us. And in Nov, customer inspected machine and learned how to install them. Customer’s chemials need 70-77 degree centigrade heating. Top tank applied with heating pipes inside to hold chemicals. Bottom tank can bear pressure for timber loading and treatment.

Customer also purchased 3T hot water boiler to replce old one and generate heating to kiln dryer and wood impregnating tank.
