USA customer’ 2nd factory in Vietnam to work with plywood bending
In order to increase the production quantity, our USA customer is running second factory to work with plywood bending project in Vietnam.
In order to run the project facter, Nov. 2023, customer ordered same model HF plywood bending press from CHANCSMAC. And also ordered customized glue spreader, customized veneer clipper and standard veneer splicer. Above machines can be loaded into 1×40’HQ container. At the same time will ship the rest machines veneer hole digging and patching machine, veneer jointer and veneer milling machine in 1×20’GP container.
Customers already have the experience for machine operation. We supported customer install the machine on internet sucessfully. And General manager is happy.
1600mm double sides glue spreader with 3 modifications
1. Back side and front side adjustment applied with synchronizer. More convenient to adjust the rollers.
2. Invertor and reverse running. Speed can be adjusted. And when workers clean the roller can select reverse running mode (Safe operation). Add stainless steel water tank and disks to feet out glued veneer.
3. Mechanical safety device. During the machine working, in case worker hand goes inside, mechanical safety device can stop roller itself once worker body touch the rod with unconscious touch.
Target: cut the edge of 1600x1300mm veneer sheet. We discussed with customer and modified the machine.
1. Move control panel from middel to the right side. In this way, even for long veneer sheet, operator can control easily
2. Add reference bar on width way. In this way can make sure the 4 edge cutting in square
3. Add optoelectronic protection on backside of machine to guarantee the safety.
4. Change the direction of cutting blade to make sure the leaving veneer edge is vertical.
5. Add foot pat control. Worker can change the edge of veneer by hand and control cutting with foot pad. Conveniently and faster.
6. Increase cylinder diameter to make sure machine can cut several sheets of 1.5mm veneer sucessfully.
