PUR Glue applicator (Fixed type)

PUR glue applicator is short of Polyurethane applicator. Also called PUR gluing machine or PUR coating machine. It can be used for CLT panel, honeycomb panels, compartment panels as well as other types of panel production. PUR glue cannot touch with water and air. The sealing condition is very important. In order to make sure the well application, machine also equips heating system to keep the PUR glue liquid situation. There are PLC and touch screen on the machine, which can realize multiple functions such as preheating and heat preservation, glue application, starting and stopping the production line accordingly.

• Fixed type PUR glue applicator can spread 1300mm wide surface once.
• The amount of glue coating per unit area can be adjusted
• The glue can be accurately controlled and the uniformity is ≤ ± 5%
• No glue is dripped before the glue gun is turned off
• One-component glue production operation and normal shutdown do not need solvent cleaning
• Have thoughtful and strict measures to prevent the glue from curing and clogging in the system
