Optimal cutting saw is also called optimizing cutting saw or optimal cross cut off saw. It is used to cut the wood slats defects for finger joint panel or furniture panel.

Our machine applied powerful software optimizing, accurate positioning. Real-time statistical analysis. Wood material yield statistics to help user make full use of wood and cut the wood in max value.

  • There are 5 feeding rollers and feeding belt inside machine
  • Independent measuring station. Full set optimized system, with feed-in tracking system. Servo motor control the feeding, tracking and cutting. There are 200 groups cutting list in the system, which can work multiple cutting tasks at the same time. And each group contents 200-300 kinds of cutting specification
  • This set value cut type can replace 6-10 sets traditional manual type cross cutting saw
  • Machine applied SIEMENS control system. (Made in Germany)
  • Sensor imported from SICK
  • Air cylinder, magnetic valve are imported from Italy or Taiwan
