Indonesian customer truck floor laminating

Our Indonesian customer manufacturers laminated floor for truck purpose. They applied resocinol glue to lamiante the floor. Pressing time is much longer than PVAC. But the performance is much better and good at out door furniture making.

▲ In March 2021 our customer purchased 1st press machine with working table size: 6200x1300x150mm.

Due the special requirement on pressing time, we modified PLC program on internet for our customer to prolong the pressing time. ▲ After one year running, customer purchased 2nd one in March 2022.

▲ End of July shipped 3rd and 4th same press together.

▲ Feb. 2023, same customer found us and try to get 16.5m long A press. We suggested customer purchase one set 4.1m long press. Then can help them combine two sets 6.2m long press with one set 4.1m long press together. With our agent support, finally customer get 16.5m long press sucessfully.
