HF plywood bending press finished for end user

Bent ply forming press is applied with hydraulic pressure and high frequency heating theory. It can be used for curved plywood bending processing to form chair seats and back rest, sofa arm, bed slats, MDF/HDF cupboard or cabinet front.

Generally speaking, there are two types of press: Vertical pressure type and 3 direction pressure type. In order to cover large range of products, this customer purchased two of them together. Here are the test video before shipping.

1. Vertical pressure press: There is only vertical pressure on the top. Can work with simple shape bent ply.

2. 3 direction pressure type. Vertical pressure from top and Horizontal pressure (Pressure from left to righ. And pressure from right to left side together.) Can work with complex shape of curved plywood products.
