400T hot press finished for door laminating

In order to produce high quality solid wood doors, our Indonesian customer purchased customized hot press machine with 3200x1500mm working table. And the pressure is 400T. (Max can reach to 8.33kg/cm2 pressure). There are 12 pcs pressing cylinders on the top. Two of them forms 1 group. Then will be 6 groups. For first and second groups of cylinders equiped separated control valves. When we input 10’x4′, 9’x4′ and 8’x4′ size on touch screen, the control system will follow up the size and switch the top group of cylinders on or off itself in case damage the cylinder and worktable.
