1. Introduction

High frequency vacuum dryer is also called Radio frequency vacuum dryer, hf vacuum dryer, rf kiln dryer. It is advanced wood drying equipment, which only needs electricity without boiler, environment friendly and easy to handle with.  Comparing with conventional kiln dryer,   HF vacuum wood dryer capacity is small and flexible, less factory space needed; efficiency is much higher (more than 10 times faster than kiln dryer). After seasoning, timber is kept straight and in high quality without cracking. Out-turn percentage of timber increased. 2. Features of High frequency vacuum dryer

A: High frequency is internal heating. It gets water molecules heated through friction. High frequency wave can penetrate wood deeply and dry wood from core to wood surface wholly and uniformly. Even thick wood can also be well heated.

B: Machine is also equipped with vacuum system. Under vacuum condition, wood moisture can be boiled at 50-60 degree and vaporize rapidly, which can save both time and energy. Low temperature wood drying can guarantee wood quality to avoid crack problem. Meanwhile, vacuum system will suck wood moisture out due to pressure difference; double increased wood drying speed.

3. Structure of equipment
