USA customer Lazy Susan shelves

USA customer Mr. Pat set up factory in Vietnam many years ago and brings finished lazy susan shelves back to US market. Year 2019 started cooperation with CHANCSMAC. They purchased HF plywood bending press, veneer splicer, veneer clipper, glue spreader with outlet table, multi spindle drilling machine for lazy susan shelves. CHANCSMAC sent technician team to help Mr. Pat install machines and train their work staff within 7 days.

Then purchased Semi-auto HF edge glued panel press and chain type glue spreader for panel laminating to replace the old clamp carrier. HF press applied hydraulic pressure and fast heating. HF power only heat glue line. Then can save the power and improve the efficiency. Cycle time is 3-4 mins (Depends on the thickness of panel).

In year 2020, Mr. Pat purchased 6 spindles moulder for profile processing and 2 sets more scissor lift table. Due to virus problem, we couldn’t send technician, but helped their team install machine on internet. Then saved the customer’s costs and time. Here is moulder test video before shipment.

Due to the increasing of production, Mr. Pat place more orders in 2021 : HF plywood bending press, glue spreader with outlet table, optimal cutting saw, single rip saw etc.
